Natasha Sutherland is a real estate professional based in St. John’s, Newfoundland, specializing in helping buyers and families relocate to the province. Born in Newfoundland but raised in Calgary, Alberta, Natasha made the life-changing move to Newfoundland with her family in May 2023 while pregnant with her daughter. She spent 3 weeks driving across Canada, and enjoying the transition to her new life in St. John's.
That firsthand relocation experience gives her a unique perspective when working with clients moving from other provinces. Natasha understands the questions, concerns, and decisions that come with starting fresh somewhere new.
She is the co-founder of L|S Real Estate Group and the creator of Moving to NL, a resource website designed to help people explore what life in Newfoundland is really like before making the move.

Tony Lucas is a real estate professional based in St. John’s, Newfoundland, with over a decade of experience living and working in the province. Originally from France with roots in Newfoundland, Tony moved to St. John's more than ten years ago and built his life, family and career here. His international relocation experience gives him a strong understanding of the challenges that come with moving between countries.
Tony has developed deep knowledge of the local housing market and communities across the St. John’s region, allowing him to guide buyers through the process with confidence and practical insight.
As co-founder of L|S Real Estate Group, Tony works with both local clients and those relocating to Newfoundland who want a clear understanding of the market and the opportunities available.

Both of us understand what it’s like to start fresh somewhere new. Natasha relocated to Newfoundland from Alberta in 2023, while Tony moved from France over a decade ago.
Since then, we’ve helped several families relocate to Newfoundland, including buyers moving from other provinces who were navigating the process from a distance. In the past 18 months alone, we’ve helped over 125 people settle into their new homes.
Having personally experienced relocation ourselves, we understand the questions people have when researching a move — from housing and neighbourhoods to cost of living and lifestyle. Our goal is to provide clear information, honest advice, and local insight to help make that transition easier.

We created Moving to NL to answer those questions in one place. Instead of having to search through dozens of different websites, this platform provides practical information, local insight, and relocation resources to help people better understand what living in Newfoundland is really like before making the move.
